How it works

Four steps to your first job.

  1. 01Log inWith the same account as the Butler app: your training code is personal.
  2. 02Complete the 8 modulesShort and practical, at your own pace. Take a break between modules.
  3. 03Pass the final quizFour correct answers out of five. Retake it as many times as you need.
  4. 04Enter your code in the appThe Apply button unlocks: you can pick your first jobs.

The Butler standard

A Butler walks into a place someone loves. Everything starts with trust.

Do
  • Arrive on time; if you’re running late, tell the client in the app.
  • Greet the client and confirm their priorities before you start.
  • Clean, neat clothes; clean shoes or shoe covers.
  • For any question during the job, use the in-app chat.
Avoid
  • Touching documents or valuables, opening drawers or closets unasked.
  • Taking photos, except the final photos requested in the app.
  • Sharing an access code or a key.

The final walk-through is your signature.

Before finishing the job in the app, every Butler walks through the home with this list.

Final photos, in the appTaken when you finish the job: kitchen, bathroom and main rooms. The client then approves the cleaning and rates you.
